a cozy neutral space that's sure to soothe
Sometimes you just need one little spark to ignite your imagination - - - and that's just what happened with this sitting room space that I designed. I saw a gorgeous settee on Wayfair and I thought "Hmm...where could I put that? What could I pair it with?" That led to a full fledged online shopping adventure and new (FREE) vision board for my readers.
The goal for this vision board was to create something simple. A design concept that could easily be ordered and assembled by the everyday home owner. The style is mainly french country, with splashes of traditional clean lines and shaker style cabinets. A geometric rug adds an element of modern with industrial accents in the metal bins. The color palette remains neutral throughout with the hope of capturing a farmhouse feel.
Below are all the items used in the room design. Each image is linked to its' respective website. Most of the items are priced very reasonably, and the splurges can be substituted for a very similar looking piece at a lower price if need be.
Below is the full source list with everything you need to put this look together. Would love to hear your feedback in the comments. Happy shopping...
