How this family transformed their deck with a little help from ME :)
A year or so ago, friends of mine hired me to makeover their very large deck space. The family is young, loves to entertain, and is VERY busy (business owners, parents to 4-year old triplets and a 1 year-old daughter). Their existing deck was not living up to it's full potential and was so large that they were unsure of where to begin.
Here's a look at the deck BEFORE:
The project began with a vision board and 3D rendering which can be seen below...

REMEMBER WHAT I LOOKED LIKE BEFORE??? |
After all the shopping and shipping was complete (they are actually still waiting on the two chairs from the conversation set that are delayed due to the holiday weekend) I drove down to complete the final setup and reveal. I think it came out great and the home owners are really happy. You can check out the transformation and product selections below...
Happy Memorial Day everyone :)
NOTE: The deck was given three distinct entertaining areas: DINING + CONVERSATION + PLAY. The AFTER photos are laid out as such...
{DINING}
The gathering place for children and adults alike - eating outdoors at a custom 7-foot farm table & benches made from reclaimed wood and anchored with metal Tabouret chairs
{CONVERSATION}
A space to relax and unwind while still keeping an eye on the kiddos
* NOTE: This area is still awaiting the delayed delivery of the arm chairs due to the holiday weekend (more photos coming soon)
{PLAY}
A space for the children to gather, have fun and make a mess if they want :)
I am so very pleased with the transformation of this deck space and thrilled that this family now has an outdoor space to unwind at the end of a busy day. For more information on the design services that I offer, click here

I love this! My husband and I are wanting to update our deck space this summer. Do you know what the family used to stain the deck. I love that color.

This is perfect! Where did you get the cute throw pillows on the wicker loveseat?
